Pros

It installs very easily. Clips in very easily on my 2005 escalade esv. Great price for a replacement speaker.

Bose speaker for my 2005 silverado ss front door speaker. Fits like the original factory equipment in my 2003 sierra extended cab. Perfect replacement for my 05 silverado 2500 sounds great.

Cons

The silverados have had with water intrusion through the window inner door cover dripping on the back of this type of speaker. The 2nd speaker shipped was noticably scratched with dents & bends in the metal housing. Not waterproof by any means.
