Pros
Not hard to replace. No programming necessary, its pluck, chuck, and replace. Easy to install. Solid replacement for oem part.
Cons
I ordered it so my mechanic could install it, and now that he finally has time to do it, we found out it doesn't work on our year. Got a defective one.

Great price for a ,what i hope is actually, genuine gm part.

Received the part a day ahead of schedule and replaced in 30 minutes.
Packaging/appearance
Appears to be genuine gm part in original packaging.
Factory gm part in sealed oem packaging at a fraction of the retail price the gm dealers charge.
Replace this and the 30 amp fuse in your fuse box and that should fix the common “service trailer brake” warning in the silverados!

This is the oem relay at a way better price than a parts store.
