Pros

New part has a taller and narrower circiut board that works just fine.

Cons

This product is not an exact match as stated by amazon. It is the wrong one regardless of what amazon's site says. Hopefully the new one lasts longer that 6 months. It does not. Failed after nine months and warranty is only 1 month.

The screw holes are to close and and they are not flat. The plastic housing does not line up with mounting holes as another reviewer states. Note it must be seated and seal correctly.

Fan only blows good on 4, on 5 it blows half as hard as 4. After installed and tested speed 5 does not work. Only worked on fan speeds 4 and 5.

Alas only 1-4 worked immediately but upon replacing the bad 25amp fuse under the hood 5 blew like a jet engine!

I watched a couple u-tube videos and changed it out myself and probably saved over $100.

Not a big deal for me to use two longer course thread screws and just make two new holes in the plastic that it bolts to.

I could have paid about half for another well rated product.
