Pros & Cons
Pros
Used these for breaking in my new engine, worked flawlessly. I usually change my oil myself and have used the ac delco pf46 or the wix 51042 since it was new. This is the same filter that my gmc dealer put on my 2005 chevy truck with a 4.
Great affordable oil filter. Easy to remove and install. It’s an ac delco product.

Not sure if i received a flaw or what but the threads were pulled on my filter must have had issue at the factory with the tap processing because it would not even begin to screw onto my filter housing on a ls 6

Look the filter is only as good as your oil and driving habits that being said this will work for a 3 to 4k interval im sorta ocd about my oil life so if you would rather spend 30 or 40 on oil and filter vs 5k on new engine do your engine a favor change your oil often
