Pros

The acdelco ratchet has a built-in battery. Not a deal breaker for me though. The ratchet comes with a 2.

Good quality build and looks and feels durable. I can't say about durability yet, but the head feel is good. Highly recommended for the diy'er or shade tree mechanic in your life.

This one fits in the slimmest of spaces and makes even the smallest job so much easier. The 45 ft-lb is sufficient for tightening most things. My only gripe is that the battery sits in there very tightly.

Cons

Nothing seems to be user serviceable, so i guess it's time to replace it. If you get the insurance and manufacturer says that it has been misused.

Just the fact the torque as stated was false is a bit fishy?
