Pros

Good quality filter and gasket. No leaks after install over 6 months ago. Still took several hours.

Cons

After having the entire transmission pan off, taking off the old filter ring and pressing in the new filter i notice the pan would not close fully! Cork gasket was split between all 15 bolt holes. It squeezes out if you torque the pan to specs.
