I wish it was somehow easier to put on my own arm and that the inside of the pocket was made of a thicker matiereal the thin mesh in place did not put enough of a barrier between my skin and the cold pack

This is just the thing i needed to help with muscle spasms i get in my neck but more up on the base of my skull a horrible position to get any hotcold pad to without having to hold it there

I am concerned that the bandage material wont hold up to the velcro the material is very thin
