For anyone interested in purchasing an iaito (a practice, unsharpened katana), this is not the sword for you.
I ordered this for exactly what was advertised - a full-length, carbon-steel, unsharpened iaito.

Fyi this is a monosteelrolledsteel blade that is rather wavy along the mune back edge
