When i tried this wrap as its intended it tends to make the joint around my thumb hurt or lose circulation when i wrap it to the desired support level i need for my wrist
However if you loop it through your index and middle fingers and wrap its absolutely perfect
The bandage i was using was not giving enough support and it would hurt frequently
