Id suggest a home made crowbar circuit to keep any over voltage from accidentally damaging any usb circuits as well

At full load the modules i received achieve 38v and get very hot

Unfortunately with such a small footprint board the positive terminals including the exposed positive pads on the underside are right next to the ground connected screw terminals leading to very easy short circuit conditions

I found this out when i placed the board on a heat sink and the output wires to a battery pack shorted catching fire lol
