Quality
It is great that the string lights are powered either usb or 3 aa batteries.
The lights are the perfect warm white and work very well.
These appear to be regular rubber duckies that you might normally buy.
They even squeak if they are on the string lights.
Packaging/appearance
This rubber duck string light set was packaged nicely and arrived in great condition!
I pulled them out of the box and was nicely surprised at how well the ducks looked.
I saw these and thought these would great to decorate my mother cabin door on upcoming carnival cruises (we have lots booked).

It am a bit concerned after reading carnival and many if not all cruise lines have banned string lights

They drilled a hole in the head either top or back of the head kind of like mobster execution
