Takes two double a batteries and has a ton of light options (like christmas tree lights)well worth the money, would buy again.
Flowers are sturdy though they do tangle with other flowers easily, so keep the line fairly straightened when you put them up.
A few i had to reshape because they got smooched in pkging.
