Pros

Ryzen 7 5700u is very fast and meets or exceeds my browsing, productivity and video viewing needs. My teenager likes it and loves the size. Pretty nice.

Quick, easy setup and having the built in wi-fi card for a backup works great when the main internet line goes down.

This works perfectly and was extremely easy to set up!

Cool pc but i had issues (bsod) with it after the 30 day return period expired.

I was moving the pc around on my desk and the end of the usb-c connector broke off and no way to fix it.

Price

The price is pretty amazing too .

I bought the unit for $254 and these do not disappoint at all.

Didn't expect much since its small and for the price.

We also had an issue with a broken power cord, but the mini pc team worked quickly to resolve it at no extra cost.

Shipping

They promptly responded by telling me to by a new ac/dc power cord that they would compensate me for.

I contacted customer service and they told me to buy another power supply with a usb-c connector and they will reimburse me.

Competitiveness

I bought this as a replacement to the name brand desktops at work that cost a minimum of $1500 and these work perfectly for work.

I tried an brand with lower specs and it didn't do the job i was hoping for, but this beauty is a game changer.

Compared to my intel 11th gen nuc.
