Pros

The power of the machine makes for a great little desktop. The processor in this machine is quite an efficient, quiet, and cool number cruncher! This is a laptop folded in half and put into a box, but it's a good laptop in a box.

There was no interruptions or glitch in this process. It runs very smoothly, no noise no fuss. It stays nice and cool and is completely silent.

This thing solidly performs. It runs great, no hiccups.

Gb ssd drive is more than adequate. It has a decent-sized 500gb m. Ssd which can be upgraded to 2tb. Comes with a ribbon cable to be able to add an additional drive to the pc.

I have no complaints with this device and i am quite happy with the amd 6c/12t processor performance.

I am impressed with the overall chassis as well.

Not sure if that is an issue with my unit itself or if it is an anomaly with the product in general.

While the product listing claims that the cyx-ssd-s1000 is an nvme drive, it doesn't perform like one.

Price

With a coupon my price was $299 for a 6 core computer, what a great deal.

For the price i can't build anything better.

I also don't want to pay a gaming system price.

Shipping

It is surprisingly fast and smooth little pc.

The other faster and newer components make this mini pc very fast.

Packaging/appearance

These systems tend to fall into the mini-itx bucket, or the nuc-sized bucket.

The ouside packaging and the hdmi cable provided can be improved.

Competitiveness

Even though this is the size of a ps5 controller, this is a very capable computer.

My purpose was to use this mini pc as a pfsense router to help increase network utilization and stability, and it delivered in spades.
