The processor is the bottleneck these days and it still runs very well most of the time. Upgrading the ram in this computer is super easy (1 screw) internal ssd is fast and easy to upgrade.

Cons

Periodically, it * out for about 8 seconds. Both screens have cracked screens. No way to clear them. No reset on the monitor.

W10 is not ideal, and enclosed battery pack obstructs replacement. Trackpad is really pretty bad. Great laptop for the first 3 years. But the hinges break after about a year.

Don't buy this product. This is a piece of junk and i implore anyone reading this to avoid this item. This unit was misrepresented on amazon.

Screen quality leaves a bit to be desired, but i often use a separate monitor when at home anyway.

Shipping

Wish it could have lasted longer, but while i had it it was super fast.

Packaging/appearance

No issues at all, except the battery life from the get-go, seemed a little less than advertised.

Competitiveness

If you are like me, and want solid performance parts, light gaming ability, fast ssd, there really is not a competitor at this price point.

The bonus is that it handles pal: super hi res on amiga like a champ.

I bought this laptop in september of 2016, so 5 1/2 years ago not 6.

I upgraded the ram to 32gb as well as the hard drive to an sabrent 1tb rocket nvme 4.
