It is slow and undependable. A big disappointment. These devices are garbage, buyer beware!

check the warranty before buying electronic item from amazon. This is a piece of garbage and the seller return policy only allowed for exchange or return within 30 days.

Bluejeans app isn't compatible with chromebook. Only work around is to close chrome and reopen to the chrome start page. My two year old tablet outperforms this chromebook in both connection speed and graphics.

The screen is black with a small non-blinking cursor. Flimsy lifting the corner of the screen to show the display, the entire corner bends. Incompatible with printer, monitors etc.

The touchpad is weird and i am unable to use both touch screen and touch pad at the same time, which is the beauty of a touch pad. Started operating extremely slow after 4 months of moderate use. Keyboard occasionally stops allowing you to type.
