Pros

Shipment was timely and packaging was sturdy and secure. New one is much faster, boots faster and has a crystal clear hd screen.

Acer documentation and registration is straightforward. The laptop works beautifully.

Cons

This product is faulty and after only 6 months of use it continues to *. Shows multiple errors such as bad pool, bad system configuration info, and kernel trap. Froze up, never loaded.

The company knows they are deceiving the public. The cost is to high for their deception. Has windows s mode, and you are told it is removable, it is not removable.

Second one was advertised as "new" and "2023", but actually is a 2021 model, possibly refurbished.

Several years ago, i bought an acer aspire.

Microsoft 11 s and i aren't buddies, but that's a story for another os.
