Removing it is easy as well by pushing the release button and sliding it out. Make sure you line it up right to slice it in until it clicks. Good image, easy to navigate controls.

I believe the hdmi port on the monitor itself is faulting. I do not want to have 2 separate speakers plugged into each pc. Contacted amazon support, got a replacement shipped out, * happens.

Acer really needs to reconsider their packaging methods for this monitor. The monitor blinks on and off at random intervals. Died on the day of the return window expiration.

Very well packaged so absolutely no damage.

Competitiveness

I have had many different brands in my life and acer is one of my top ones.

I had been pleased with a similar-sized-and featured dell (i am quite satisfied with) that was just more expensive.

But i didn't want to go too far down-range to unknown brands.

My only problem is that my laptop and other monitors now pale in comparison to the colors, brightness and clarity of this new acer monitor.
