The display and the sound were fantastic.
I learned to type on a manual typewriter and this keyboard holds its own.
Great computer, biggest fall back is user can not install microsoft office on the computer to use without wifi.
The trackpad moves fine but gestures and taps are not consistent.
Price
I would recommend this as a all-around great chromebook especially at the refurbished price.
Shipping
I ordered a second and amazon shipping said they'd delivered it but they hadn't.
I had order another chromebook and amazon shipping lost it.
Competitiveness
My previous favorite was the acer spin 714 and my current daily was a acer spin 513 with the kompanio processor.
I switched from microsoft to chromeos in 2014.

For years ive been running sound through a bluetooth speaker but that isnt necessary with this
