It's not that there's some way to turn on the touchscreen capability. That is not a full size standard keyboard at all. Usb boot cannot be enabled in uefi bios and there's no legacy option.

From the reviews and what you get for the price, i decided to take the jump, and couldn't be happier.

I bought a tiny lamp with usb attachment($10) to make up for the absence of backlighting .

This laptop computer was delivered quickly, in good shape, and as described.
