Cons
When computer is on and charging with replacement chargers they start to melt and hard to keep chargers in. Keeps falling out and does not charge. Laptop itself not so bad, but charging cable has a problems.

The quality of this company materials is great
Only complaints would be 8gb of ram but the fact that you can upgrade it fairly easy lessens this.
But other than that, it is a good computer
