Pros
Speed and functionality wise a good product. Comparing performance previous laptop with low specs is much faster. But in overall i am happy because the specs which i am getting at that price is good.
Cons
When the product arrived, it doesn't working, even after 7 days of giving the replace option. There is no response from amazon.

Speed and functionality wise a good product considering 4gb gpu and 16gb ram.
1) i face lags and not responding after few minutes when i turned on.
It is very good product in all terms but sometimes it lags that's the only problem i found and overall the product is good
It will not start for first time until plugging in to charging so don't panic
Price
For me i think it's good as per the money they charge because i got i5 13 gen at that amount but there is a bit problem which i face.

Comparing performance previous laptop with low specs is much faster then this better specs laptop.
After using it for more than a month, i would say i am satisfied with results while comparing it with other laptops in this price range.

Office is not included you only get windows os but that is okay with me because i either use google workspace or microsoft 365 online

If you are a pro gamer you might find some drawbacks but believe me in this price range you will not get anything better than this
