I gave 5 stars as the unseat issue may be due to shipping and a know issue with easy fix.

I got this with a carrying case and it's the perfect size for carrying it around.
Competitiveness
As i had tried a samsung, i chose the acer because of the connections (more or them) and the price @ $219 was a great deal.
Compared to a regular pc, it has the same functionality that i need.
Also this model has 4gb/320 gb compared to the 2 gb model and samsung's 2 gb model.

Did research on causefixes and found a common problem of this model is the hard drive ribbon wiresconnection can become unseated

The extra ram allows for all sorts of programs that you would think a chromebook wouldnt be able to support

By the way when you install ubuntu and you definitely should try crouton first because you can quickly swap between linux and chromeos with no performance penalty

When i tried to install chrubuntu it slowed the computer down too much

Unfortunately when i bought it i wasnt told the trackpad did not work so i cant review that part of the laptop

Personally i like the keyboard because of the extra keys like pg dn but this is obviously very subjective
