Pros

After a lot of research and taking a gamble to buy the card, it's great for the price. Works well and surprisingly has quality components for an acer at this price point.

Well packaged and arrived on time. Intial setup takes a little while, but once you're up and running, it runs well. Start up is slower than i like, but it's not too bad.

Cons

Hard reset. The disc drive is flimsy and hard to open because of the poorly made recessed button. There should be better support when there is a hardware problem.

This is what i would consider poor quality control and a zero on the customer service. This is why there are product recalls, to fix known issues. And it's so loud!

This machine has a defective uefi bios. Have spent a day changing all items in detail within the cmos setup utility and unable to boot from drive.

Quality

Upgrade the ram for a total 16gb and added gpu and can get 60 fps on high settings on all games.

This is a great machine lots of storage (two tb disc) fast it is large but case provides room for expansion.

It has been in use for a few months now and has been trouble free.

We bought this for my office to replace an old 32bit windows computer that was on it's last leg.

Price

A great machine for a great price!

For the price this product works great.

I would have been happy to pay an extra $10 or $20 more for pro (i doubt very seriously if it would cost the manufacturer that much more).

Little noisy but nice for the price

Shipping

The activation key card took another 2 days for delivery, so it was frustrating for me to have to wait to get things set up.

Packaging/appearance

Bought this for a gift and haven't gotten a complaint of it turning off anymore so i think the fan helped.

I needed to put that there as the gift order did not qualify for packaging feedback.

Packaging note: i believe your amazon packing, and packaging employees, are doing a fine job.
