Pros

It's very easy to install correctly and works perfectly so far.

Easy packaging with bubble wrap sleeve, screen protector and sturdy box. Prime shipping. Carefully packed, shipped really fast.

Great product at a worthwhile price. Could not be happier about this purchase. Very reasonably priced at $30.

The specs say that this lcd may have a few dead pixels, but i haven't seen any. The screen seems to be exactly the same as before -- no dead pixels i can see. A bit dimmer than original but acceptable. No dead pixel apparent after a few hours of use.

Cons

Had to go back to plugging in an hdmi cord to a tv to be able to use laptop. The screen has a weird kindle like texture and had a dead pixel on arrival.

Competitiveness

After my wife's acer e5-575-33bm developed vertical lines and other odd patterns on the screen, i decided to give this replacement a try.

You will need a small screwdriver and probably a spudger but in general it's very easy.
