Pros

In general, this laptop is a good value. It fills the needs for why i need it. One complaint is it's not a touch screen. Had to replace the charging port card.

Webcam is good (not astounding) and the graphics are pretty decent. This aspire feels much more sturdy with its metal case, is lighter and more transportable than the hp. The only drawback that has become apparent is the numeric keypad.

The screen is smooth and bright. It's hard to explain unless you're old school and used to play around with active or passive graphic equalizer on stereos. The screen makes binge-watching sessions a pleasure.

Cons

You can only use microsoft apps. You cannot download the apps and data from your old computer if they are not microsoft e. Track pad stops responding after 10 minutes of use.

This is really misleading and disappointing. Very bummed. This is maddening.

Acer might have falsely marketed some of the spec details. Not ordering a second one.

Very quick for laptop at this price.

The price was great and it does everything i personally need a laptop to do.

I paid for the 20gb ram and 1tb ssd.

I think i did all right for under $500 and i bought the 4 tear replacement/service plan.

The box it came in said 20gb ram and 1 tb ssd.

The price was affordable and the quality is far better than the price would lead you to believe.

Other online programs like speccy, canyourunit, and crucial told me i had 4gb.

I tried many laptops and i could not install linux but this one i was able to install linux mint.
