Screen is bright and crisp, it's not glossy and does not have glare. Decent speakers with good sound, not as good as asus vivobooks, but beats hp's by a mile!

I really love how good it feels while holding it in hand or just typing on it with the palm rest area.
The sound quality is average, and i wish the speakers were facing upwards.
After about 2 minutes, the screen all of sudden lit up, and the laptop finally started with the window's initial welcome setup screen.

I thought i got a dead screen laptop, but the packaging looked like brand new.

After getting 2 defective laptops from costco in one month i decided to give amazon a try

I then plugged it in and pressed the power button the keyboard lit up but the screen stayed black i was like thats weird i waited for about 30 seconds it was still black

So i decided to let it plug in and see what happens because if i was going to return it anyway it wouldnt make any difference to me at all

Now i believe the laptop has been sitting in the warehouse for so long both batteries main battery and small battery were dead and had to be charged up

I shut it down and restarted it for several times superfast like those intel evo laptops
