Pros
The router is fine (all our other devices have internet) hopefully it lasts. Coloring is good.
Tb ssd is a good deal. Price is great for what you are getting so if the volume is not a show stopper then i highly recommend this laptop.
The keyboard is somewhat compact (especially the number pad and arrow keys) which is fine. The trackpad is very large, responsive and has a finger print login window. It has bluetooth, is not heavy and the graphite look is attractive to me.
I7 processor and 16gb ram are great for basic gaming. One type a, and one type c plus a 1gb ethernet. Very fast and have good video quality so far. Fast m. Ethernet storage allows faster loading times. Still fast and snappy performance.
There's something about me that has microprocessors shaking in their silicon. The one quirk it has is, when it get hot, the fan sounds like it wants to take off.
Cons
Even though i have a ups receipt and notification from ups that the item was delivered days ago, my amazon orders and return shows nothing. My only option is to send it back to texas to get fixed. Acer wants it back again at tx repair.

Webcam quality is great for the price and can be used for zoom calls or video conferences, good so far.

Price
I super pleased with this laptop, the price is great.
The price was outstanding for an i7 with 16gb (upgradable to 40gb) and a 512gb m.
Shipping
Is fast, has plenty of room for expansion and i'll keep this until it's no longer supported.
There are laptops with better action but for $1k including, tax, shipping and extended warranty, i'm fine with it.
Competitiveness
Instructions for alexa as to how to use with yhe unit.
Honestly, it’s a solid laptop for its price point.
I satisfied with this purchase however i didn't notice any improvment in image quality over a regular fhd panel
