Assembly is quick as the bottom of the base has a screw key for the neck attachment and the top just clips into the monitor. Bought this as a secondary monitor for my laptop at my home office. The replacement is suited for writers’ chores.

It's bright, the colors look good and it is relatively sharp. I realize it's not micro-led or oled, but the contrast is strong and the colors are bold and accurate.

If you look at the acer by itself it's a very respectable monitor. This monitor for the price is amazing.

The monitor itself is broken with no explanation. This has no way of being mounted (like vesa). There is no indicator that it's not mountable either! It just needs the screw holes. Tech makers now don't put much effort into quality these days.

It is exceedingly difficult to adjust something as basic as brightness. The menu allows you to mute or unmute, but never allows any sound. It's very annoying and distracting.

The only thing coming from the monitor is the flashing blue light of the off button taunting my peripheral. Gets disconnected from computer frequently. Might have received one defective monitor.
