Eventually i contacted microsoft and they helped me to fix it and installed the update again

This thing run pretty great for the price and its a good student laptop and good for very basic gaming but the fans spin at the most basics of things such as watching a video at 1080p or just doing nothing it ramps up so easily and so loudly

Got this open box 3 months ago and no complaints except once it would not start up correctlyi am good with computers and got it back running quickly but thought i would be mailing it back at firstbattery life is not anything to brag abouti have not noticed this is touch screen and do not think it is
