Pros

As games get more advanced and more cpu intensive, i like having the extra grunt and the extra ram speed. Runs literally anything at ultra on 1440p. Most games run 50-60 fps on ultra.

The keyboard has this cool rainbow affect lite up (i really like it). The * on the keyboards are very responsive and comfortable. The touch pad is big and as such is easily hit while typing. Keyboard feels solid.

Fans are a bit noisy when gaming or running other ram/gpu intensive apps, but it's not unbearably loud. Laptop stays quiet in all but the turbo setting.

Cons

The mouse cursor keeps disappearing and a lot of issues with the graphics when making 3-d cad models. Single beep then 2 beeps. After many text, they now tell me.

All in all a very solid laptop on a budget.

I got it during a sale for less than $1,000, which made it more worthwhile.
