Games run smooth and it's not as noisy as my intel based acer that this replaced.
Price
I picked this up for £650ish and worth every penny for the processor and a rtx 3060.
Competitiveness
My understanding is that the lenovo legion has the 115w version of the 3060 for a similar, so that's what i'll looking for now.
After a bit of research i found out that there are different configurations for the 3060 and the laptop i had had the lower powered one.

It looked great it was relatively quiet and the screen was pretty good however there are configurations with pretty bad screens out there

I kept it for a week after doing to small test video projects and noticing its performance was kind of underwhelming

It makes sense to keep noise and heat low in the relatively lightweight and thin chassis but i eventually sent it back because my render times were too long for what i expected
