Pros & Cons
Pros
Mic is retractable and bendable. The headphone and mic both still work. The only downside is the mic and jack are hardwired.
This headset is light and comfortable, as advertised. The sound quality is great and it's literally just plug-and-play. One downside of this headset is its sound quality.
The overall build is very sturdy and none of it looks cheaply made. The design is sleek and stylish.
This is a very well-priced headset from acer. It's on the lower range of price but doesn't skimp on quality.
The on cable controls are convenient and easy to use. The volume switch is a bit touchy until you get used to it; it's a rocker switch.
Cons
The headset has an intermittent issue where game audio and especially other people's voices are somehow relayed into the microphone input. I'm not sure why it's intermittent and whether it's because of the trrs splitter adapter, but it's enough to mak... Read More
These are incredibly overpriced. Mediocre sound.
Highlights
Quality
The headset is made from durable and lightweight materials that ensure it can withstand extended gaming sessions.
We use this for gaming and watching videos, it works well and the sound quality is good.
The audio quality is also horrible, sounding like you're talking through an old 80's radio heard through a wet towel.
The headband is padded as well and covered with the same material as the ear cup pads.
Price
Acer surprised me with this one: for under $30, it’s an excellent option for children and teens.
Good headphones for the price of $ 30 do the job excellently, of course at a higher price you will get better headphones
At $30, the price point is right for a bargain headset.
For the price it is a welcome addition on the market.
Packaging/appearance
The presentation of these on the box is cool and i was only slightly thrilled when i took them out of the box.
Competitiveness
I chose this headset primarily because of the acer name.
Neodymium magnets are far superior to regular magnets, and they are only found in high end sound systems.
It's almost comparable to a razer or alienware headset.
So make sure you get a splitter from a respectable brand.

I read a lot of reviews about the mic not working but its most probably due to the fact that some audio jacks do not support headphone mic combos that this headphone use speaker and mic in same connection so do your research
