Pros
Overall a worth buy at the price tag of rs. Best tablet for on line education with modrate specifactions. Product is value for money because 10 screen with 3gb ram with the price of 11k is worth but the product is not suitable for general work.
The grip is very good, despite a very thin @ 9 mm. The tab is light in weight (not 768 grams as mentioned), it has sensitive screen, good grip in palm.
Cons
Customer service centre are irresponsible and there are no dedicated customer service centre available. Service centre says tablet doesn't look india tablet. Size of sim is also no mentioned.
Second time i am returning the item to amazon because the product is detective. Maybe the seller has bad products. Received defective piece.
Voice quality during zoom, whatsapp calls 1/5. Very heavy & bulky. Not able to find screen guard and cover for this model. Camera is very bad, and sound very vey low.
