Pros

Tablet mode is completely epic. The trackpad is easy to use. The keyboard is backlit. It's very convenient to have an actual touchscreen, just like a phone.

This little acer works fantastically well as my primary personal and professional workstation. Everything works like a charm, including wifi (at home and corporate client) and mifi (tethering to my at&t samsung 8). plenty of usb ports (3, two 3.

I really like that it has a cold metal plat where your hands lay and on the top of the cover. Superb thin and light, with nice metal. Appears to have intake underneath tho.

For the money, this laptop is well equipped. The most amazing thing about it is it's durability. It’s super light for the size it is and i’m very happy with my purchase.

The dell inspiron 15 15. Inch flagship notebook laptop is phenomenal. I wish it had 16gb of ram, or even more. Linux compared to macos is in many ways superior.

Cons

This is the most condescending customer service i've ever experienced. Steer clear. Just put them in an endless feedback loop.

This model ridiculously comes without. The touchscreen for this is atrocious. The touch screen has dead spots.

Fan can be heard from outside the room just from boot up. If you sit it on your lap, the fan gets very loud as it's hitting the casing. It was a fried motherboard.

Great laptop for the first year of ownership. they stopped working within a year of purchase. Acer warranty are usually 1 to 2 years.

I've had this computer since 2018 and it stills works great, i haven't had major issues.

It sucks to the core and has so many inbuilt bugs; but that shouldn't take anything away from the laptop as such.

Keys move and click freely and never got stuck.

Price

I would recommend it to anybody looking for a good value.

I bought this exact model from amazon in 2017 when it was at a discount on black friday sales.

There is too much to list definitely, more importantly ssd, this was a without a doubt worth every penny i paid.

I got it at $750 at the time lolanyway, i've done literally everything you can think of on this thing.
