With the refresh rate at 165hz, pictures run smooth and crisp.
Webcam and built-in mic are more than enough for zoom calls and proctored exams. Fast wi-fi connection is a dream for both online gaming and streaming lectures.

Cons
Also, the predator button is the stupidest design choice i've ever seen. The program itself manages to take 20% of cpu load and make the laptop hotter by having the program running by itself. It randomly freezes also, requiring force shutdown.
If you plug in or unplug the laptop the screen shuts off. Put on turbo mode and nothing. Changed setting manually still nothing.

Screen quality is very good feels more bright with bold colors than others in the space and had no backlight bleed
The charging brick is massive and the batter life is poor but that is on me for not checking
Edit i completely and utterly look dumb because i or some in the chain disabled the mouse with the fn key

This laptop gives you a lot of computing power for the money and has the cooling capabilities to back it up
If you can get this sub1000 its an absolute steal
Got a good deal even paid less for this one than i did for the one i had before
Now its only an 8gb gpu which may be an issue for some but fine for my purposes and honestly the price point

It is the best brand out of all laptops
Better than my previous asus laptops software
Ive heard some people complain about fan noise but compared to other ones ive owned the fans are very quiet
Note this is the 2023 version with the blue intakes on the back and not the 2024 version with the black square ones

Conclusion over all for gaming its a good laptop as i play total war warhammer iii with ultra settings fast fps and its not too loud

Build quality is good its a bit thicker than most laptops in the space but has solid feeling hinges and the keyboard is a bit more clicky than the usual click clack ones laptops have
