Even when it is plugged in, it has a tendency to shut down sporadically. It randomly goes into sleep mode while typing. The bt seems totally unresponsive. Is it mouse issue or is it the bt from this the bt of this nb?

I only gave it four stars because i had to reorder it after it was lost through usps mail.

Reordered it and it was shipped through ups and finally got it!

Ups also crashed the suspense when the product was supposed to be delivered on friday, my birthday, but failed to deliver until monday!

My friends with gaming pcs are jealous af and i can pack it up and bring it to their houses to game!
