Pros

The display is very clear and i have no complain. If you are a casual user (who doesn't really understand all the specs like me), and needs a second display, i highly recommend this monitor.

Cons

Ai keeps looping back to "outside return policy" when chat is initiated. Going to get a refund and find something else. Must be shorted inside.

This product is not swivel/tilt adjustable as it says in the title as well as description. It’s only height adjustable. This monitor is not vesa mount compatible or even capable.

Video engineer had to use a format converter to cross convert from hdmi 1080p 30 to hdmi 720p 60 to get this monitor to work. The built in speakers are unusable. Damaging the product.

I can only put the monitor sitting on my desk, it cannot mount to a device that allows you to mount monitors to the back of your desk.

Picture quality is not the best, but works just fine for working remotely.

Great little monitors at an affordable rate.

For some reason, this "larger" model was $5 less than the smaller screen i first ordered, but returned.

Packaging/appearance

Picture looks great when plugged in with an hdmi cable to a laptop.

I had help in choosing this from a very tech-savvy neighbor who highly recommended this brand & model.

I like it, glad i picked it over the old ones i've used from other manufacturers.

A 24 inch monitor is so much nicer than smaller ones, and this one cost less than the ones i previously bought.
