Pros

This is a beautiful little laptop. It is swift. It charges fairly quickly, is very lightweight and is just about everything you'd want in a thin & light. There is still a bit of flex if you push too hard on it or twist the keyboard.

The acer with the evo i7 badge and 8 gb of ram was too hard to pass up. I have 7 pcs and all of them have either sata or nvme ssds for booting.

A very sturdy magnesium chassis. The case is nearly all metal and it feels very solid. It has a matte finish that pretty much eliminates reflections. The metallic look doesn't make it look cheap.

Terrific build quality. Everything else on the laptop is adequate. Bottom line is that it is a decent machine.

Cons

The laptop comes with windows 10 instead of windows 11 as advertised. Will be contacting acer for a warranty claim.

Realized after receipt it was not a 2-in-1 as i had presumed.

The ssd measured at around 2100mb/s read and 1150mb/s write, which is not even close to the fastest nvme speeds i've seen.
