Pros

Everything is as advertised. The display is great. It fits perfectly to my needs. It's a nice to have, but considering some laptops in this segment now offer facial recognition, it falls a little flat.

Cons

Quality

Excelent laptop, very lightweight, the backlit keyboard make it very easy to use in dark enviroments

Unit is cool, quiet and well made (metal) and sturdy.

Bad microphone and an average audio quality.

Acer freezes up and the mouse/pointer freezes after about two minutes upon boot up.

Price

Considering the price point i am very satisfied with its performance.

This is a pretty well-performing laptop for the cost.

It is replacing my aging yoga 920 which i paid $1600 for in 2017.

I do not expect everything top notch for the price it's offered.

Shipping

Update: feb 28company says they got the acer but now need 2 full days, maybe even 3, to make a decision on a refund.

Amazon graciously credited me with my enormous shipping cost that were extra.

Packaging/appearance
