Quality

Touch is very accurate and screen seems solid.

The base allows complete freedom of tilt angle, an important requirement for touch screens.

Screen is incredibly reflective, it's not a nice matte finish like the dell touchscreen we replaced with this.

Instructions were not very good, so i had to contact support because touch didn't work with the hdmi cable.

Price

It's not a planar monitor but for the price its a great deal, i absolutely recommend it.

I bought a 4-pack of braided cables for $9.

Shipping

In my opinion, acer should ship this with a usb-c to usb type a cable.

Purchased this oct 2nd, no they don't ship with type a/c cable you definitely need for touchscreen to work.

In summary, acer does ship this with a 3.

While waiting for them to arrive i used the usb-type c charging cable from my smartphone!

Competitiveness

Better stand than the other acer touchscreens, with better positioning options.

Both monitors use the same adjustments but the ut241y has easier to use control buttons.
