I have fat hands and the thumb holes are very snug they would get uncomfortable if using for prolonged periods

The large wide velcro straps are stronger than the skinny ones i’ve had in the past in fact that’s exactly why i ordered this set because the threading that holds the straps to the weights kept coming a loose
