Thumb holes fit well and do not rub or irritate me. They are extremely durable. The velcro is a good length and strong. Very well made and sturdy.
Great for a long workout with light weights. You do get used to them & they definitely help boost your heart rate. Looking to jump to the two lbs weights soon.
