Fit is good for my long slender arms. Easy to put on and stay in place without being restrictive. Can be worn either way thumb in or out.
Cons
The sling pretty much covers the entire sleeve the whole time. If you don't use the thumb holes the material rides up above your wrists. My husband is not terrible big or muscular but this mark is more than an hour after he removed the sleeves.
Poorly stiched. Completely fell apart. Smelled terrible, like car oil. Not recommended at all.

The sleeves came out of the package looking pretty small, but they fit comfortably.
