And a few years ago in the middle of a workout my patella tendons did not feel so great then ever since every run or workout that involves squats or lunges i have had compression knee sleeves on for the support that it gives my tendons

But after a few years of using the same sleeves theyve stretched and have lost a lot of the compressing properties that it had when new so in come new sleeves like this one
