Pros

The acme whistle produces a clear audible tone so you consistently reproduce the same command (sound) each time. I prefer these to the referee whistles as these don't ring my ears as bad.

Springer spaniel now comes every time.

Better than birds at the beach, a squirrel, or the ups guy at the gate. I keep the whistle on a lanyard around my neck when we are out in the fenced backyard. When were are walking thru the local town streets, they are always on-leash.

Over priced plastic whistle worth about 50 cents. Not sure what warrants the price given that it looks like a 50 cent product. My dogs also seem mostly unimpressed. Returning for refund.
