While it arrived double boxed with paper stuffing in the amazon box i was disappointed in the lack of packing material in the original box

The directions for assembling consisted of a single picture and parts chart with the various parts shown in a partially assembled manner

I am fairly adept at putting things together but had to backtrack a couple of times to get the parts on in the proper sequence

Tons of assembly and the knobs should come factory placed but you have to glue them

While the instructions do not say im certain it is for customers who would like to be more secure that the lowest wrung of hooks stay in

She is very happy as it is sturdy and she can hang lots of items on it from bookbags jeans workout clothes to scarves and coats

I was very impressed with the quality of the material this coat rack was built with the instructions were terrible but if you have any experience putting anything together then this shouldnt be a problem
