Pros
The serum goes on and absorbs completely, not leaving my hair greasy or flaky. I love how it does not leave my scalp oily, which is a major issue with other serums i’ve used.
It feels very soothing on the scalp. The dropper is very convenient. I have thick edges naturally but the braids do pull on my edges a bit. I'm at a place where i can finally tuck the hair above my ears into a ponytail.
I am on my 2nd bottle and i feel my hair getting healthier and fuller. The 1 fl oz size is perfect for daily use and travel-friendly. This is my second bottle that i’m on and i am amazed by how much my hair is grown.
The product isn't cheap, for sure. I only wish it was cheaper.
Cons
It is impossible to hold, it is clumsy. It leaves a crusty film on my hair which probably aided in accelerated hair loss.

This is ridiculous in that it is insanely expensive for absolutely 0 result.
One star is not given because i do not need the fancy bottle, i would rather that they used a simpler one and cut the price in half.
The price is wildly high for the small amount you get.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging is so sleek and luxurious and is so easy to apply the serum evenly and directly to the scalp.
It's really easy to use, beautiful packaging, and doesn't leave your hair feeling greasy, sticky, etc.
Competitiveness
Overall, i think it's a nice product and it costs less than others i would buy for the same purpose.
Similar products at beauty stores cost 70+, so this seems to be a good value without harsh ingredients.
