She is very happy with the product.
My best guess is that the knee exercises have been the most helpful but continue with the actif joint just in case it helps.
However my last order in 10/2019, the product i received had a 02/2019 exp date.
Price
In my opinion, actif is the best one on the market!
Overall seems to be a good product, pills are small and don't smell, decent price, label looks home made though.

I was surprised how many five-star ratings actif joint supplements had so i thought i would give it a try.
