Pros

There is a firmware called psuedo saturn kai that you can flash to this cart, which adds that ability. There are some ready-made (and more expensive) variants of this cart that come with that pre-flashed. Great quality and functionality.

Action replay allows saturn games from japan to be played on a us sega saturn. With the skyrocketing prices of us games your best bet is to import! Perfect match for the sega saturn.

Cons

Some homebrew testing utilities also point to the dram being nonfunctional in basic testing, so be wary that 25% of your cart's functionality may not work. The trick is to put the gameshark in and leave it.

Apparently the plastic casing can cause the cartridge contacts to not line up properly with the pins in the slot.

I haven't used the save backup feature as i flashed my cart with the latest pskai firmware which disables that feature.
